I am a loyal customer of your company, and I have always relied on your services for a seamless internet connection. However, today has been an extremely frustrating experience as I have not received the promised internet service since the morning.
I had important work commitments that required a stable internet connection, and I specifically chose Hathway Broadband for its reliability. Unfortunately, I have been unable to access the internet throughout the day, which has severely impacted my ability to work from home.
I would like to highlight that I have paid for the internet service in advance, and it is disappointing to see such a lapse in service quality. I expected Hathway Broadband to uphold its commitment to providing uninterrupted internet access.
I kindly request that you take immediate action to resolve this issue and ensure that I receive the internet service I have paid for as per our agreement.
