I moved out of Chennai in January 2021 and terminated my Hathway connection. The modem was lost in the moving process and I paid the required amount to the company for it. The customer care told me that my account was terminated.
And yet, 6 months later, I still receive approximately 3 calls every day, asking me to renew. I have asked multiple customer care executives to stop calling, put my number on DND and other stuff, but I still receive untimely calls.
I also sent multiple emails and received feedback that my issue will be resolved, still nothing. Please help with this, it has started to affect my mental well being now. Was this information helpful? |
