I paid Rs. 2581 and and subscribed to Router for 1 month and their sales guy came for paymnet very next day and application form. But they took 5 days to set up the connection and in the mean time i requested them 6-7 times for early connection but they did not take care of it. On top of that after 6 days they established the connection, i used it for 2 hours and on next day when i started using the net, the router failed to reply. It was giving me error (Limited Connection), so i again logged the complaint and customer care representative informed me that their engineer would visit and sort the problem within 4 hours, though i dont stay at home because i have office and i go there. The whole day gone and i logged the same complaint 6 times there (at hathway ) but no use of it. This is how they provide service to customer. I have sent 7 emails to their Helpdesk email address but no reply from there too. I am helpless. Was this information helpful? | |||
