Hathway — False Promises and irresponsible customer care | |||
I contacted hathway for new broadband connection on 06/02 and got details from sales representative. I have finalized your 10 MBPS plan with 40GB FUP and based on promise given by sales representative, after FUP, the speed should be 2 MBPS ( I checked multiple times with sales representative on post FUP speed before taking connection) but I hardly touched 0.8-0.9 MBPS any time. I got hathway connection on 06/04 and with in a week all 40GB got exhausted (this is a unique case, I am using broadband from past 5 years and could not recollect a single instance apart from this case) and I contacted customer care and no valid response on how it got exhausted. I raised a concern to the technician who installed hathway connection and to the sales representative on internet speed after FUP, but there is no proper response. Even I raised complaint for couple of instances but there is no response and closed with out any intimation. Here are complaint numbers[protected] and 13195030 Few moments back I called hathway customer care representative and asked to cancellation and refund.
