[Resolved]  Hathway — Frequently net disconnection problem

I am facing this problem with Hathway Dombivli from more than 2 months now. Every three to four days there is no connectivity or frequently disconnection problem. Every time the complaint lodged the customer care executive provides a complaint no. and says that it will be attended by the engineer but still we face same problem after few days. I really want hathway to solve the problem with their servers with Immediate effect. Awaiting your kind reply for the same.
