The General Public is encouraged to claim damages and take to task service-providers that provide disservice while pocketing full service fees in advance. Hathway is one such disservice provider. I am suing them for Rs 7, 00, 000/- lakhs. The Public is advised to follow this whenever there is disservice. Claim of damages for Deficiency of Services & Unfair Trade Practice. Details are on record my trail mail communication and I do not repeat them for sake of brevity and deem them traversed and conveyed to you. I have been repeatedly suffering loss of internet connection due to which I have suffered heavy damages of work and income. This has been a regular occurrence that is evidenced from my communication from time to time. Even after loss of internet connection you have been neglecting to extend the service validity period that I have been demanding as the least compensation that you could offer. The last cause of action arose on 25th April 2015 but you have failed to resolve my grievance. Due to this, I have been extremely agitated for the inability to work and suffer loss as a consequence. Your promise that my service validity will be extended has not been honoured. This is an unfair practice. I am justified in claiming damages of Rs 7, 00, 000/- (Rupees Seven Lakhs Only) within fifteen days of this e-mail communication notice for the loss and trauma I have suffered. I am putting you on strict notice that if you ignore this notice I will be compelled to approach the Mumbai Suburban Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum for legal claims alongwith interest against the company and its directors at their risk as to costs, consequences including defamation.
