I have paid GTPL Rs 8999/- on 29-June-16 to provide unlimited broadband service at my following location.
However, their service remains down most of time.
We have to make rigorous follow up with their customer care, several times for several days to restore the service.
Their customer care employee never gets correct information and gives standard reply, "Engineers are working and service will be restored on urgent basis".
They should return my money back, in case they are unable to provide the broad band service.
Their technician, their senior management staff and nodal officer remains unreachable over mobile.
To whom should I complaint?
