I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Broadband Internet connection. The issue that I have experienced was: I have subscribed for 6 months of the plan, just after a few
weeks my Internet got disconnected and no one gave me an estimated time to get it resolved. It's a technical issue of DP down from the GTPL side. I have subscribed and paid the amount for the 6 Months of 100 MBPS speed broadband for non-interrupted broadband connection where they (GTPL Team) assured will resolve the issue within the same day. This is the third day my broadband is not working, if the GTPL team is not able to provide me with the internet, please refund the payment I made just before a few weeks.
It occurred on: 12/04/2022
Please provide the broadband or refund the complete amount.
I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.
