Hathway / Gujarat Telelink [GTPL] — cheats customer by low bandwidth | |||||
Hi, I having a plan of 6Mbps with the GTPL and I had changed plan just a day ahead of yesterday. Since last two day I’m getting low bandwidth and today is the worst day for bandwidth. Yesterday I was getting around 4-4.5 Mbps and today I’m getting 1.5-2.5 Mbps. I had also informed the GTPL customer care and support team for this issue but no action taken till today. No one comes to resolve an issue. Company advertise that they provide 6Mbps on their home page but when I asked the person who came to take payment, he told me that it’s only for 100Mbps plan but I have attached screenshot of GTPL home page. Even I cannot login to GTPL site to register my complaint as they had removed that option. Customer care doesn’t take care about your complaint and it closes complaints with dummy comments like visited customer place although they never comes to visit. They only calls multiple time when your renewal date is on due.
