Currently I have 80mbps gtpl fibre plan and every weekends it stops and los light started blinking even calling in customer care no solution provided and technichian never visit or call also ticket closed many times without providing otp to technichian, service provider never pick call, I'm just frustrated with this and want smooth service ASAP when every plan expire they starts doing call and messages but when customer suffers in problem only at that time they need to update system, other area faults occurs at same time no somution is provided.
Here I'm sharing my last 2 complaints.
