Hello, Firstly, I am happy connectivity.
While there is plan of
8800/- RS for 40Mbps 18 months.( 488Rs month for 40Mbps)
I was overcharged at 8000/- Rs 18 months for a 10mbps plan. (444Rs month for 10Mbps)
I was not made aware that for only 44Rs more, I could have 4 times the speed. Shocking, right?
I filed a complaint with there customer care, when I discovered these plans. But I recieved no reply.
I complained both on GTPL app and email. Still no reply.
When they called me, unrelated to my complaint, it was to notify my current plan had expired and that I should recharge.
On my questioning no explanation was given why I was charged so unfairly, and told I would still have to pay 8000Rs for 10Mbps plan.
This is pure misleading of customer and borderline scamming people out of their hard-earned money.
If there is such a drastic gap of Bandwidth(speed 10Mb to 40Mb) for miniscule price difference(44Rs), there should be adequate explanation provided.
Which they failed to do so. Even after repeated contact and complaints.
Since they didn't contact me and let my plan run out, it means I will have to switch ISP soon.
That is, if they still don't contact me. Time is running out...
Tip: Scamming long term customers is not the way to grow your business. Ignoring them is even worse.
