[Resolved] Hathway / Gujarat Telelink [GTPL] — Internet fraud (Totally worst service provider) | |||||
Hi, My internet connectivity has been disconnected due to lack of payment or over due as per the service provider informed me. Then I contacted the person multiple times to collect the amount from my home as GTPL.net was not working from my mobile browser and though I could not pay. Today the person came at my home to take a payment and today morning, I have checked my GTPL account in between my working hours from office desk and I found that my recharge date was 22nd August 2016. The plan is having 7momths validity (6 months + 1 month) but as per the person, who was coming to collect the amount, was telling that my last recharge was done on 30th May 2015 and my account was over due since last 2 months. I argued him many times on phone call as I was in office at 4.30 pm today about my last payment date but he refused every time and he was asking for receipt. I told him that I had check online payment history and it was showing me last payment date as 22nd August 2015 still he refused all my arguments and told me that online history was wrong. At last, my family member found the last payment receipt and gave him to verify the date. He convinced after seeing the receipt and told me that he was the person who collect the last payment from me and I shocked as he watsted my working time and disturbed me mentally as well. I told him that my internet was not working since last four days then he told me to file the complaint and I filed it for the same. He told me to do whatever I could and literally ridiculous answered given by him. Now my question is : Who is responsible for my last four days internet service failure? How can I trust on the person who is coming to collect the money at door step? There is no original receipt provided by the service provider or the person/agent who is interconnected. My plan is having day-night unlimited scheme of 512kbps - 2 Mbps at night but I never get 2 Mbps speed. Before this I was having 1Mbps plan for night and at that time I was received 1Mbps completely. I had also complained many times about the internet speed as well but every time it was ignored by the superior person. One more thing, at the time of filing complaint, person gives a complaint number and one hope that technical person will be at your door step and till today no one was coming at my door step to resolve the issue. In short, totally worst SERVICE is provided by the service provoder . I'm filing this complaint with the help of neighbouring INTERNET service. The issue is still pending from my end, there was no reply from GTPL Internet provider in this case. So, I'm not going to make this as resolve.

I will not close this complaint until the proper resolution provided to me. The technical team has contacted me twice on wrong time without prior notifications and I had few conversations with the technical personal as well but still their behaviour or the way they give the answer is not proper. The technical person was not ready to hear my complaint and he was arguing with me on the router issue. At last he told me the same sentence the superior or the money collection person had told me.
I'm writing you the sentences which he told me on the telephonic conversations as he did not come at my home to resolve my problem.
"You can you whatever you like the situation will not be stable in case of service and you have to ready to survive with technical issue and you will have to make complaint again and again. I don't want to take more with you and you can register your complain with Customer Care."
