My internet connection is not working from 16-May-2021, I have registered a complaint of this on the same day, After 2 day on 18-may-2021 I got an SMS that an engineer is on the way to visit me, and with in 2 minute I got another SMS that my problem was resolved and provided an OTP.
But my internet was still not working and I called the helpline they just repeat the same script that they apologies for the inconvenience and and reminded the service team your problem will solve as soon as possible.
Every time I call them they repeat the same Script.
I even asked them for refund on their email:[protected]@gtpl.net but they replied that I am a prepaid customer so they cannot refund me, But on their "Telecom Consumer Charter" Provided on their website it is clearly mentioned about rebate of minimum monthly charge or equivalent usage allowance (On page 10 and 11). So how can they not give me my refund?
Till now on[protected] my problem is not solved.
I want to take legal Actions on them please help me.
