Hathway / Gujarat Telelink [GTPL] — Internet not working from 15 days

I have brought this to the notice of GTPL customer care on 12th May. I called them several times but they declined to take my complaint mentioning that there is a fault in your area. When I ask for timeline they said "Soon" which from last 15 days has not worked out.

I reached out to their appellate officer and no one picks up the phone there. I emailed them at appellateauthority.[protected]@gtpl.net and [protected]@gtpl.net to my surprise I only get auto responders and no updates from last 15 days.
