[Resolved] Hathway / Gujarat Telelink [GTPL] — My internet is not working.

My internet is not working for more than 65 hours, and I raised a complaint before 60 hours ( Ticket No. is 9652481). There is a kind o[censored]nsatisfactory issue with GTPL. GTPL closed the Ticket without sending an engineer and without solving a problem. And the customer care center did not answer clearly. And every weak I face a problem of no internet at least 12 to 15 hour. Right now my internet is not working for more than 60 hours. May 27, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved Again my internet doesn't work, and Gtpl never sends an engineer to find the problem. My internet doesn't work for 2 to 3 hours every day. There are no benefits of using GTPL. Hathway customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
