Hathway / Gujarat Telelink [GTPL] — No internet connection for last 4 weeks | |||||
I have taken a GTPL Hathway Broadband internet connection in last February in my home in B 101, Ashwamegh II, Akota Road, Muj Mahuda, Vadodara - 390020. It was working fine upto March, but suddenly there was no internet connection since 25 th March, 2016. I have talked to their Customer Care service and registered my complain (Complain No.: 1174983 dated 01.04.2016). There was a reply from them on 07.04.2016 that my problem has been resolved. But there was no internet connection, neither any technician visited my home to resolve that problem. I even contacted the GTPL service provider Mr. Yogesh Baria (Ph No. [protected]) several times, but everytime he says my problem is going to be resolved the next day. Please resolve my problem as soon as possible as it is extremely necessary for my business. Was this information helpful? | |||||
