I have been facing issue of no internet connection from last 10 days and I have done complaint continuously but there are no proper resolution from the GTPL.
I have visited more than 5 times to offices of GTPL, I have done so many mails regarding my complaint but everything in vain.
Yesterday (26th May, 2021) I had again visited to your office in Sarovar Enclave and I met and complained to your executive named Bhavesh Mehta. He has assured me to have technician to my home yesterday only and given me the number of technician but he was not picking up my call I have done so many calls, whatsapp messages and also text messages but technician named Vishal Patel has blocked my number and not replyed at all. I also have proper proofs regarding my complaint.
I don't know how this type of companies is providing services to customers. I really want to complaint about not only no internet connection but also for not listening to customers and do mental harrassment to me. I am really stressed by calling and visiting the customer care centres so many times.
I want resolution and also I wat to claim compensation of my harrassment my conveyence and my balances I have done for extra internet due to no internet connection. Was this information helpful? |
