[Resolved] Hathway / Gujarat Telelink [GTPL] — No Proper Response for New Cable TV Connection Since 2 months

I applied for NEW Connection for cable TV. The connection can only be done by phone. I started in June 2016 but it is August 2016 about 2 months but there is no proper response.

Till July I ignored but on 9-August-2016 I applied with Request No: 321561. I got to know that within 24 hours I will receive response BUT I called several times on 11-August and 12-August but I used to get various response.

On 13-August-2016 again I applied for a new connection with Request No: 323057.

I am fed up of this GTPL if they say NO I can find alternative.

Thanks to Consumer Compliant. Finally I got the GTPL response and within 2 days it started.
