I Nileshkumar Suthar have given the request for new connection to gtpl executive he had taken the payment from me and given me the fraud receipt generated by the GTPL executive named "Anurag shahni"([protected] and i inquired had a new GTPL broadband connection where I purchased 60mbps 1year plan and now the person whom I gave money is not responding while sharing the CFA number to the GTPL customer support, agent are saying that no information is registered. The person is not responding to me nor he is answering my call as i have word his supervisor named "deepak"[protected]" he told that i will arrange for the support as soon as possible then now he said that now i am not making internet connection installation to you he said whatever you have to do you can do it, i will not refund any amount to you and said if you want to take action or register complaint you can.
