I am a user of GTPL BROADBAND. When last renewal time, I got a call from your customer care to recharge for renewal of my plan.As I was shifting, I declined for renewal.
The Lady on a phone call told me after one or two days that sir that we will not charge you shifting charges whenever you will shift.i have taken approval from company for waiver of shifting charges.So i renewed the plan. Today when I tried to make a request for shifting in the same area that the customer call guy asked for the shifting charges of rs 560/-.
This is a kind of fraud from your company.Please look in to matter at the earliest
