Hi Sir/Mam,
On 18th May, 2021 GTPL service was disconnected and stayed disconnected for more than 2 days. Since then continuous problems are coming in internet service. Internet connection gets disconnected many times a day and browsing speed is also very less(less than 60% to 70%) compared to the plan I have opted in. Their engineer visits the premise, do something and goes away with temporary solution. Their service is so much poor and are not providing the permanent solution. I have raised the complaints at various times based on the nature of problem and there details are as below

Moreover they are closing the complaint by their side without taking customer's consent and without doing satisfactory work.
