Hathway / Gujarat Telelink [GTPL] — Slow Internet, Pathetic Service

I have been complaining since long but GTPL is not even bothered to look into it. They act like some local scamster who just collects money from people and avoid people when they need proper service. I'm using their service since more than 5 years and currently have 50mbps plan, but the real speed that I'm getting is 0.07mbps download and 0.01mbps upload. I have raised complaints from Mobile app as well as from customer care call center and email id for N number of times but people out there are incompetent to solve the issue.
