[Resolved] Hathway — Harassment and force service usage | |||
Dear Sir, I am Anuj Gupta from Delhi and my account id with Hathway broadband is [protected] and i have stopped using their services in July 2020 and requested to collect their modem as I have no dues pending. Ever since then i have been receiving calls from various type of customer calling centres to renew connection. I have mailed them twice as well regarding this harassment, but they just send a mail with a link that does not work. Their call centres starts calling me from 8:30 am in the morning till 9: pm in the evening. Almost 6-7 times a day from past 6 months for renewing the connection. Their IVR system does not let you opt the option of DND (DO NOT DISTURB) and in reply says this is incorrect option) if you can please help. Please do so. I do not understand why they have given/sold my details to so many call centres, and I am really upset. My privacy is being intruded tremendously by them. Was this information helpful? | |||
