[Resolved] Hathway — Harassment by calling 24/7 | |||
My vc no. [protected]. My previous company bought a new hathway broadband connection using my phone number, I left the job 1.5 years back. Upon my request they changed the registered mobile number and email ID to company's contact information. Still I'm regularly getting calls from hathway to recharge or informing deals. I told them repeatedly that not to call me and it's not my account anymore.. They should call the contact information provided in the account, but they are not listening to me. I complained 1000 times through phone call, and even today I got 4 calls. This is so infuriating, if it continues I'm going to file a police complaint. How many times do I have to repeat the same thing again and again. This seriously disturbs my life. Was this information helpful? | |||

My phone number is [protected] then later I changed it to the company phone number - [protected]. My location is Pozhichalur, but I don't have the modem, it's in the company which is at Villivakkam.
