Hi this is manas my account id -1038078, my complaint_id -9308164.
my broadband is not working from 4/2/2014 but i registered complain at 5/02/2014 but
not getting any response from hattway.I talked to the manager of mumbai(hattway customer care)
but he also told me your issue is resolve till 10/02/14 i.e they are taking 5 days to resolve
but unfortunately that issue is still running.They are telling always lie there
manager (Hemant-mumbai branch)also.i called minimum 20 times to hattway customer care.

maine 31 0f jan ko connection k liye mr pardeep (his mo no is [protected]) se contact kiya tha unko mene cheque bhi issue kr diya tha tub unho ne mujhe bataya tha k aap ka connection 3 din me ho jayega, 4 din tak koi aya nahi is liye mene stop pemenet karya diya.
fir 4th jan ko wire cenniction kiya aur till date active nahi hua.meri billing cycle date 4th jan se suru bhi kar di.
ab jab se connection active kare tab se cycle suru kare ya to phir connection na hi kare varna me consumer court me complain karunga.
