This is regarding the renewal amount due on 8th April of rs 3230. I paid the amount via TechProcess which was an option in the hathway page. I made the payment on the 8th of April, received a text message from hathway saying "Rs 3230 has been initiated towards your Hathway Broadband account No. with Txn ID." The Amount debited from my account on 8th April itself.
The customer service team is not helpful at all. They had terminated my account and just keep calling me to pay the the renewal amount or reach out to axis bank from which i made the payment.
I contacted the Axis bank support executive and they are saying that the merchant had received the amount. Kindly resolve this asap. Was this information helpful? |
