Hathway — Hathway broadband not working for past 10 days

Hi I have 2 hathway broad band connections Account No: [protected]
Account No: [protected] and both are not working since 4th Dec 2023 and I have raised 2 separate complaints and no one has ever called or none of the customer care numbers are responding. I have paid for the whole month in advance and this is the worst customer service I have seen. I am living in an apartment complex where all other service providers like ACT, Airtel is working without an issue.
