Hathway — Hathway broadband Nuisance call | |
I have disconnected the hathway broadband because of relocating to different part of chennai. I have called to customer care to stop the service but daily twice i'm getting call from hathway stating that we're providing offer please do recharge. How to stop this call? Do i need to come to your capital office and give you a written statement? As per your guidelines i reached customer care and informed to stop the service. What else expecting from consumer? In a day 10 to 15 person calling from different no event though I said that my connection terminated but they simply not bothered and ask me when u are going to recharge.?
At one time I was driving my car and saying that I'm in driving, still they didn't care and I got 11 persons called during that driving itself within evey 5 mins gap.
It's kind of super annoying and harasment and seems like no one can do anything about them kind of attitude they show.
Are the hathway tele calling team such kind of so powerful and no one can deal with them for their human harassment?
Can anyone help me here to stop this nuisance and take action on them please?
