Hathway — Hathway cable operator cheating

I have been trying to contact hathway Mumbai, Karnataka, Bangalore, local cable operators for last 1 month. No one responds to my call. I have filled the form for selecting required channels and given to local cable operator 1 month back. I have been trying to call him and 2 other operators since then. All numbers are either switched off or if they pick up accidently, they say they will come home now, but they never do. I have made full year advance payment and 2300 for set top box.
