I'm trying to get my connection disconnected from 18th November 2021 but no one is responding. I tried raising requests through their self care portal but the ticket is getting closed without any call back. Then I tried throught the customer care, but the IVR just says that, I'll be getting a request number and a callback on my number but nothing happens. I just keep getting calls asking to renew the plan, on asking to help regarding the termination process, they just disconnect the call.
