[Resolved] Hathway — Hathway sales & billing Executives Cheat people | |||
I have been registering complains against bad network (I dont get connection for 5-6 days in a row) in my bldg and wanted to disconnect the network but got a call from the billing team (Sandeep yadav) and was told that they were extremely sorry and would take care of the issue as it was under their control and also give me extension of service which would pay my loss incurred in past cycle. I was given a number [protected] and [protected] to get an update of extention and register direct complaint in case of further inconvenience and was asked to pay the amount for renewal, now I dont have any extention nor do they answer the phone calls a person took up the fone and used foul language in return. Need the company to payback my amount and take a proper action Was this information helpful? | |||
