Hathway — Hathway: Wrong Penalty and Return of Router | |||
Used hathway internet as prepaid more than 3 yrs and due to covid we have vacated our rented house in hyderabad and moved to hometown by the time we have 3+months net connection but as i moving from rented house taken modem with me and after active months are over for internet keep getting calls for activation then i said can't take right now but when offices are opened and when we back to hyderabad will reactivate it and even provided my address to return the modem but they are talking very unprofessional over phone from hathway team and initiated the penalized amount of 3500rs. Hatway team is harrasing the customers without hearing what customer is saying in the current covid condition. Was this information helpful? | |||
