Hathway — How to OPT for DND after account is Deactivated

Dear Team,
My Hathway Broadband Ac.No:[protected].
My account is supposed to be active till June 2020, Due to covid and work related issues I moved out of Hyd in Mar2020 and informed the same to customer care team to deactivate my account.

However Calls or messages never stopped from Hathway from March 2020 to Mar 2021. (Yes, I am receiving calls from a year) Whenever I ask them to help me out how do I escape from these calls they just keep saying one thing we were from billing team and it has to be done by support team and unfortunately they are not supposed to share support team name or number.

In the meanwhile someone helped me out saying that router has to be returned back to escape from this and I am shocked to hear that because the person who came for installation has collected amount for router too and also said if I take quarterly payment rather than monthly I have to pay very less installation charges and I did the same. Accepted quarterly payment as they said.

Nothing worked out in the end so requested the person who keeps calling me everyday from hathway so finally someone said pay an amount of 500+ change if you cannot submit your router since i moved to another city and I followed the same again. Still I am receiving calls.

And today one more person from billing team told me these calls wont stop until I opt for DND and that can be activated if I can pay for DND services. Please note that this is happening in Mar2021 even though my connection is deactivated in Mar2020. Can someone from Hathway support or billing or customer service give me an exact solution on how to stop calls or messages from Hathway Broadband services.
