Hathway — I am not getting refund | |||
I have shifted to new location and then Hathway informed that the connection is not feasible to that location and hence I returned the modem on 13th Nov 2020. My account was deactivated by Hathway team but still I have not get refund and it's already more than a month now. When I am putting emails to pune nodal team I am not getting response.
