hi my name is koteswara rao ravi my a/c no is1144778, I WAS CAL YOUR CAL CENTER SINCE 4 DAYS ABOUT MY PROBLEM, 2days back one person will come &fix the modem but my problem is not solved again i will call back several times about my problem every time your executive say that it is solved with in 1hr, i will cal several times nearly 5times on yesterday, but no response at night I found that cable wire is cut, your technician is not able to find out this simple problem that is technician's efficiency.If you solve my problem immeadiatly or disconnect my connection and repay the amount, which I eligible the amount.
