[Resolved] Hathway Internet — Internet services | |||||
Even after paying the money they havent started the internet services. We have lodged a complaint in customer care and still there is no reply from their end. It seems that this company works in 18th century. This had happened last time as well. We had paid the money and internet services had started after 10 days. We were told that we will get an extension of 10 days at the end, But nothing was give as such. They make all fake promises. They just want money on time but in return they don't want to give the services. This is just making a false impression for the hathway company. With such a slow process and strategy, it doesnt seem they will sustain for longer. They have to take such complaints on a serious note. Even after payment of the money we dont get the service is like being harassed. We have faced this issue and wont like others to face such an issue. Dont trust any of the Hathway person and ask for a guaranteed start date of the service.
