[Resolved]  Hathway — Internet not working 4 days

Hi Sir, In continuation to the below complaint, already 3 days have passed, my internet is down from Saturday. I have called 25 times in your customer care number but nobody is bothering. Your technician says that my modem is faulty, even your cabling man had already changed modem two times, but net is still down. Nobody has yet came to check fault line.
