[Resolved]  Hathway — Internet services

We are using Hathway broadband prepaid connection. Most of the times internet will not work.And it always have connectivity issues.it will work for minute and frequently it disconnects.We called nearly 10 times and response provided by customer service is very bad. They dont know the problem at all. Many times, they will answer the call and keep it a side.We are paying nearly 1200/- per month. Still service is very very bad. This multiple times but response from customer care is always same and very irresponsible.
