My family haven't had access to the wifi service (internet connectivity) since last saturday i.e., 09/10/2021 due to severe thunderstorms and heavy rainfall. After trying numerous customer service calls with the internet service provider HATHWAY BROADBAND SERVICES, there isn't any solution from the other side. We have been told the same thing everyday we call their customer service - "our technician will visit in 24 hrs".
It's been more than 100 working hours, there isn't any technician from your side. We have paid more than Rs.3000 for the internet service through WiFi. And moreover we receive dishonest and brutal promises about internet connectivity being resolved. With a great dismay I feel there isn't any value for money and customer satisfaction in this matter.
