Hathway — LOS Redlight Issue | |
Since 2 days there is a red light blinking on LOS on hathway router. I have raised a complaint to hathway customer service, they said they would fix it in 24 hours but no one called or came to fix the issue. I am working from home and I am not able to connect. I have already paid for 6 months. It tried to reach hathway customer service people and they only say someone will come and fix. It has been worse experience from hathway service people.
