Hathway — Low grade service, cheating and fraud | |
This is Nishant Varma, my Hathway Internet A/c No. [protected]. On 31st of October Hathway associate Vikas Jadhav persuaded me to pay for 3 months for hathway broadband promising seamless and fast internet service. On 4th of November 2020 I was promised that the service would start, there were some issues which I escalated to Vikas and he said that on 5th a technician will come and check the router. On some occasions I was able to connect to the internet through your wifi but the speeds were lower than "2012 mobile internet plans". I conveyed the same to Hathway associate Vikas and after calling, messaging, asking for help several times and running without any internet by 8th of November 2020 I was convinced that Hathway isn't useful to me. Hence as pre discussed with Vikas, I asked for a full refund, which Vikas and his manager promised me. It's 25th November now, I don't have any service, no reply from Hathway even after sending them several emails, I have face major losses due to Hathway and wish to file a formal complaint in the court of law against Hathway for fraud and mental harassment caused to me during these days.
