Hathway — Low speed / Login & logout issue ( log out every 30 SECONDS )

Dear Sir, Having below issues from hathway. ( sent below mail to hathway ) http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/[protected] The worst speed we are getting from hathway. my account number 509794. Having connectivity issue from last more than one month. Having lowest speed from more than 1 month, , , , take minutes to open google home page ... Having login and logout issue, we have to login hathway, , , , , after every 30 Seconds. WHY ? Please resolve issue at earliest or we will need to disconnect hathway after 8 year of service...
