Why would someone deactivate a broadband? Because either they do not like the services or have installed a better service.
In here, Hathway doesn't care to respond to complaints, fail to provide fast internet, and what not.
Even after I have placed a Deactivation request, the customer care executives call me every single day pestering to renew. Upon conveying that I have deactivated the service on several occasions, they still fail to understand.
This is causing endless mental agony and making me feel annoyed at them. I DO NOT WANT ANYONE FROM Hathway to call me again on this. Was this information helpful? |
