Hathway — New connection - refund

Hello, I am Satish Chebbi, We took a hathway broadband connection 2nd Sept 2015, Details of connection are : Account no : 18375, Sales Person details : Name : Chandru Contact : [protected], The problem is that, hathway guys are unable to set up the connection due not availability of the connection in my area. Hathway guys are not able to provide the set up my new connection. I would request them to refund us the money back ASAP.
