I took Hathway Broadband connection on 26th March 2021, and 3 days completed no one came and provided router, cable connection, configuration and internet connectivity. When I call customer care tam they are raising request and closing it in 5-6 hours without any response. I am not able to reach out the Sales person or other Hathway team as they do not lift the calls and respond.
I don’t know whether this is their real behaviour if cheating customers after paying money or they do not want to turn up on time and do the service.
I don’t know how to get my connection.
Please let me know how to proceed to get connection.
