Hathway — no interner connection

I activated my hathway internet connection on the 13th of march 2015 My Ac number is 1096264. And from 13th Till today my internet Is not working . I have called the customer service Team for nearly 15 Times asking them to send the technican to my House but they never turned up and Today one Seinor supervisor Name sayed told me that he will cal me back in 15 mins but he didnt call me. This is not accetable .
