Hathway — No internet from last four days

I am using Hathway internet since last year and having account number [protected]. From last four days we are unable to browse the internet. Total four families are facing the same issue in my area because of something happened at current pole near to my home. We are working from home. Already took leaves for days because of this issue . No one is responding to our complaints. No proper customer care number to reach. Struggling a lot and this is hectic for ur to follow. I will go for higher authorities if in case it is not resolved within five hours
