[Resolved] Hathway — No proper service as described | |||
Hi, I am a Hathway broadband user from past 1year. Almost after 6months o[censored]sage they prompt us to upgrade the net connection to 50mbps. Also they said we should pay for three months at once and we did. From that day onwards the Internet connection is not working properly and we are not getting Internet at all for many days. its been almost 5months. No service at all... We called the customer care number of times. But no proper response from the Hathway guys. We requested them to at least to extend the renewal time, they said its not possible. So request every one don't ever go for Hathway Broadband services. It's very worst and waste of money and time. Better stay without Internet connection rather than using this useless HATHWAY connection. Was this information helpful? | |||
