Hathway — No refund of modem deposit.

Hi,
I subscribed for Hathway HD Elite 6 months plan with account no. [protected] on 5th August, 2021. I used the internet for 1.5 months and after that due to some unavoidable situation, I had to shift to some other location where hathway connection was not available. I made a request for cancellation. I got response mail and call where I was told to submit / deposit the hardware / modem to the nearest hathway office. I did the same and sent the submission receipt to hathway. However, I did not get any refund. Instead I am getting message from hathway for renewal of account. I am continous sending the mails to hathway for deactivating my account and initiate the refund but 'NO RESPONSE'. It has been 3 months since I raised the complaint. Highly disappointed.
