[Resolved]  Hathway — Non Relay of Malayalam Channels

Sir/Madam, Since last two months only two Malayalam Channels i.e. Surya & Asianet is being displayed on our cable TV. Further, the said two Channels is also discontinued since last two weeks. Even after repeated telephone calls/complaint to the local Mira Road Cable Office & also after my personal visit to said cable office and lodging complaint, No Malayalam Channels is being displayed and the excuse given is that the Software cannot be downloaded to my Card due to some technical problems. It is requested that Malayalam Channels as applicable may kindly be re-started/re-installed immediately and local staff directed accordingly.. We have been paying our Monthly Contribution regularly and there is no out-standing as on date. Hope you will look into the problem & resolve the same immediately.
